→ Gershwin Summertime is a 26800m2 housing development in Amsterdam consisting of a system of stacked and shifted pixels which generate a large variety of outdoor spaces and provides identification of the individual apartments. With the help of BIM software I worked on applying the Dutch building regulations for fire-safety, parking and accesibility, technical details and final technical and architectural design drawings. The project is currently under construction.
